Allison Chase has written a well-paced and absolutely thrilling first novel. Ms. Chase hits all the right notes with her story filling it with a chilling atmosphere, ghostly figures, and a passionate romance. Nora is an intelligent and tough young woman and readers will find it easy to identify and sympathize with her. Grayson is my favorite kind of hero—strong and fiercely loyal but also very troubled and in desperate need of someone to love him. DARK OBSESSION grabbed me from the first page and didn’t let go.
